Living, Eating and Juicing in alignment with the Planets and the Neteru, The Gods and Goddesses, also known as COSMIC FORCES OF THE UNIVERSE!!

In order to make sure we are getting balanced nutrients from our foods, we can eat by the color of the day! This is a great way to bring about order and balance into our diet and also into our lives: a way to restore Maat, the Ancient Kemetic (African Egyptian) Goddess or Cosmic Force of Balance, Truth, Order Harmony, Justice, Reciprocity and Righteousness.

If you are like me, it is also a great way to determine what colors to wear on a particular day!  Here is a simple chart with some delicious suggestions. Since each day is associated with a particular planet, it is also associated with a different Deity/Neteru so this is another way to be in alignment with the Divine Natural Order of the Universe! I have even included the musical signature* for each day…..HOTEP! Tchiya
